• Attempt to exploit, crawl, or "spam" the bot's command systems.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to steal the source code of the Operivara ecosystem.
• Use the bot to harass, threaten, or infringe upon the rights of others.

3. Data & Privacy

We take your data seriously. Operivara collects minimal data necessary for functionality, such as Server IDs and User IDs for configuration. For more details on how we handle information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

Operivara is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for 100% uptime and accuracy, we do not guarantee that the bot will be free of bugs, interruptions, or errors. Use Operivara at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Operivara development team shall not be held liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of data, server disruption, or moderation mistakes resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced via our official Discord server. Continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
