• Identification: User IDs, Server IDs, and Role IDs.
• Configurations: Custom settings, logging preferences, and automation rules you set.
• Content: Message content is only processed in real-time if a specific feature (like auto-mod) is enabled; we do not store message history permanently.

2. How We Use Data

Your data is used solely to provide and improve the Operivara experience. This includes:

• Executing moderation commands and automation.
• Maintaining server-specific leaderboards or statistics.
• Providing support and troubleshooting when issues arise.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. Data is only shared when required by law or to comply with Discord's official developer requirements.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Access to our database is strictly limited to authorized developers for maintenance purposes only.

5. Data Deletion

You have full control over your data. If Operivara is removed from a server, we generally retain configuration data for a short grace period in case of re-addition. You may request immediate manual deletion of all server/user data by contacting us via our official Support Discord.

6. Third-Party Services

Operivara may interact with third-party APIs (such as Discord's own API). We recommend reviewing the Privacy Policies of those services separately as we do not control how they process data.
